restaurant week…

start thinking about getting reservations for the second annual arizona restaurant week. this year it is running september 19th-26th. we are offering a  $29 three course menu (without tax and nolan’s gratuity, of course!)

First Course (choice of):

Wild Foraged Mushrooms with Black Mesa Ranch Chevre

Applewood Smoked Salmon with Caviar and Preserved Lemon

Grilled Beef Tongue with Real Sauerkraut and Barley Mustard

Second Course (choice of):

Market Fish with Quinoa Salad and Razz-Cherry Pinot Noir

La Belle Farms Duck; Crispy Breast, Confit and Foie Gras Torchon

Veal Cheeks au Jus with Root Vegetable Puree

Third Course (choice of):

Enough chocolate to Make Your Teeth Hurt

Warm Peaches, Granola Tuile and Chamomile Ice Cream

Artisan Cheese Plate with Charcuterie
