Wild yellow tail tuna from Baja in fresh today. Josh is cooking it carpaccio style with a Baja bay scallop ceviche. We also got in an amazing 18 lb whole black grouper from the same area. Get it while its fresh!!!
On the menu as a special tonight!! They are comming out stuffed with crab and cooked in a shrimp butter and of course a little crostini to soak up the love.
Fresh from the Pacific Northwest but its not seafood. Its wild hand picked mushrooms folks. Come and get them they wont last long!
Tonight we have a great “Avocado ice Cream” to help cool you off. Its paired with a charred watermelon gazpacho and cumin tortilla. What could possibly be bad with that 🙂
